Due to low branch traffic and the end of our lease at Thea’s Landing in Tacoma, we have made the difficult decision to close the Tacoma branch as of 4:00pm on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

For members based at the Tacoma location, all membership accounts remain intact. All account numbers, debit and credit cards, and printed checks will remain valid. You do not need to take any action on your accounts.

Members who use the Tacoma branch will have several alternative ways to conduct business on their accounts.

• Online and mobile banking: Transfer money, check balances, pay loans and bills, and make mobile deposits (mobile banking only). Download mobile banking at psccu.org/Mobile.
• Conduct in-person transactions at Shared Branching locations. The location closest to the PSCCU Tacoma branch is Sound Credit Union, 1331 Broadway, Tacoma, WA 98402. Additional locations around the nation can be found at psccu.org/Locations.
• Access more than 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs across the country including more than two dozen in the Tacoma area. Find the nearest ATM at psccu.org/Locations
