Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union (PSCCU), owner of the property since 2021 will be resolving long-standing water drainage issues, regrading and repaving the lots and driveways, and enhancing the property with a covered walkway, new landscaping, and updated signage.

Construction is expected to run at least through the end of September, with various parts of the lot closed at different times. PSCCU, the U.S. Postal Service, and Center for Creative Repair will maintain normal business hours throughout the process. When visiting, please follow signage regarding parking and building access.
