Our card supplier is enhancing the security of your Debit card for online purchase. Starting early in March, online transactions that exhibit higher levels of risk may require a one-time passcode to authorize the purchase. If a code is required, a notice will appear on the merchant’s website and a code will be sent to the phone number associated with your Debit Card. Once you receive the code, enter it into the website. Note that codes are time-sensitive and should be entered as soon as received.
If you receive a prompt with an invalid phone number during business hours, you may call PSCCU to have the transaction authorized. If it is after-hours and you are unable to enter the code into the website, your transaction will be declined.
This change is part of our efforts to better protect your account security. As a reminder, one-time passcodes are personal and unique to your online transaction. Never share it with anyone who calls you, texts you or emails you to ask for the code. Keep in mind that PSCCU will never ask you to share a one-time passcode with them.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve your security and transaction experience. If you are unsure which phone number is associated with your account, please contact your local branch.
