Popmoney Being Discontinued on June 30, 2023

Effective June 30, Popmoney is being discontinued and will no longer be available for person-to-person (P2P) transfers. Instead, PSCCU is working to incorporate Zelle® into Online and Mobile Banking later this summer. However, there will be a gap in availability between when Popmoney ends and Zelle is available within the PSCCU apps.

During the interim, we recommend using one of the following methods for transferring money:

  • Mail a check to anyone using Bill Pay from within Online Banking.
  • To transfer money to your own account at a different financial institution, you may use the Account to Account (A2A) transfer feature through Bill Pay within Online Banking.
  • To transfer money to another PSCCU account, use Mobile Banking or contact your branch.
  • For other person-to-person transfers, we recommend the stand-alone Zelle app, available for iOS and Android.
    • Please note that daily limits within this system are $500.

Once the Popmoney service ends, you will no longer be able to view or manage your Popmoney payment history or contacts. Therefore, we recommend you collect any information you may want by logging into Online Banking prior to June 30, 2023.

We value your membership and regret any inconvenience during this time of transition. For additional information, read our Frequently Asked Questions below or contact your local branch.
