New Mobile Banking App is Here

You asked. We listened. To better serve you, we have switched to a new and improved mobile banking app effective March 31, 2022.

Information for users of the previous app

  1. Scheduled and recurring transfers will need to be re-established in the new app. Transactions scheduled on or after March 31 will need to be rescheduled in the new app.
  2. Sending money to people who are NOT members of PSCCU will not be a part of the updated app. However, the new mobile banking app will allow you to quickly transfer money directly to PSCCU members and person-to-person transfers (P2P) will still be available through bill pay on online banking. And, we know you've been asking for it—Zelle will be coming later in 2022.

How do I enroll in the new app?

Download the PSCCU Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using these buttons or by searching for PSCCU Mobile. To download the app, click the "Download Mobile App" button from your mobile device.

    

After downloading the new app, follow the instructions onscreen to ENROLL in Mobile Banking.

  • You will need your primary account number, your Social Security number, and your mobile phone.
  • Choose the email address or phone number to which a one-time passcode will be sent to verify your identity.
    • If you no longer have access to the phone or email that appear on the screen, call or email us to update your contact info.
  • Once you log-in you can set up your account preferences.

What are the improved features of the new app?

  • View account balances of your choice without logging in using the optional Sneak Peek function.
  • Choose which accounts appear on your Dashboard
  • Easily view upcoming payments and activity since last log-in on the Dashboard
  • Make all your PSCCU Visa Credit Card and loan payments right from the app
  • Customize account alerts
  • Rename and organize how accounts appear on your Accounts screen
  • Transfer money to other PSCCU members
  • Self-service password reset if you get locked out of the app

FAQs

What do I need to do to get the new mobile banking app?
Once the new app becomes available, you will need to download it from the Google Play or Apple App Store and enroll. Remember to set-up any scheduled or recurring transfers you had in the old system.

Can I continue using the existing mobile banking app?
Once you’ve enrolled in the new mobile banking app, delete the old app from your phone. It will not work after March 31.

Why are you changing apps?
The new Mobile Banking app includes many features and improved flexibility that will better serve our members. Additional features — including Zelle and bill pay — will be added later in 2022.
