Online Banking Update

How to Log-in to Online Banking:

Use your Mobile Banking App credentials to log in to the new Online Banking system.

If you aren't enrolled in Mobile Banking, you can enroll in Online Banking 24/7 from the homepage of our website.  Go to the log-in window toward the top of the page and click on the Need Help link. You will need your Social Security Number and Account (Membership) Number to enroll.

Continuing Outages

  • As of December 5, Bill Pay is offline for both Online and Mobile Banking platforms. It will be available on or before December 7. All previously set-up bills will appear in the new system.
  • As of December 5, Quicken and QuickBooks is not available. It will be live again on December 6 and users will need to reestablish connections with the new system. See instructions below.

Overview of Improvements

  • Access all accounts with one login. If you have access to other family members’ accounts, you’ll have access to all of them with your own login information. You won’t have to login separately to access them.
  • The same log-in credentials will be used for both Online and Mobile Banking.
  • Utilize the same functionality across both Online and Mobile Banking.

Quicken and QuickBooks Reconnection Instructions

The transition to the new Online Banking system will require that you make changes to your Quicken or QuickBooks software on or after December 6. Use the following instructions to ensure a smooth transition:

First Action Date: December 4, 2023

  • Complete a data file backup and a final transaction download in QuickBooks or Quicken by December 4, 2023.

Second Action Date: December 6, 2023

  • Complete the remaining steps on the Quicken or QuickBook Instructions on or after December 6, 2023. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate process of your PSCCU connection in Quicken or QuickBooks to ensure that your account is set up with the new connection.
  • Important Note: Quicken/QuickBook aggregation services will be down on December 5 during the transition. Quicken/QuickBook users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file in Quicken/QuickBooks during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:
  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the Quicken/QuickBook instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
