You deserve great benefits with no added costs. That’s why we are sending you a new contactless Visa® Debit Card that will arrive in October. This will replace your existing one!
When your new card arrives, you’ll enjoy:

Uninterrupted account access — Purchases and ATM withdrawals will continue to be deducted from your checking account, just like before.

Continue using your existing Visa Debit Card for now and once you receive your new card:

Call 800.466.0040 to activate your card as soon as it arrives.

Your new card will have the same number as your existing card but with an updated expiration date.

Make sure to provide your new expiration date to any merchants who have your card number on file.

1. Why are you replacing my existing card?
Your new Debit Card will help us to serve you better by providing you added capabilities and security with contactless payment.
2. Will my card number remain the same?
Your new card number will be the same however, the expiration date will be different.
3. Will my PIN remain the same?
Your PIN will remain the same. If you have forgotten your PIN, please call for further assistance
at 425.283.5151.
4. When will my new card arrive?
You can expect to receive your new card by the end of October. When it arrives, simply:

Call 800.466.0040 to activate your card

Destroy your old card

Contact any merchants who have your card number on file to provide your new expiration date.
5. If I have multiple accounts, will each account receive a new card?
Yes. Each checking account with a Visa Debit Card linked to it will be reissued a new card.
6. If I receive more than one card, how will I be able to tell which checking account it is linked to?
Simply call us at 425.283.5151 Monday–Friday 8:00–4:00 PT and a representative will be happy to assist you.
