We're excited to let you know that we will soon be upgrading our Bill Pay to a better, more user-friendly system! PSCCU has been looking for a Bill Pay product that we feel will work even better for our members and good news – we found it! In our research we believe we have chosen the best Bill Pay product for you and your bill payment needs.

In the new Bill Pay system you can expect to see the following changes:

Popmoney Payments

  • The ability to conduct personal payments to friends, family and others by simply using an email address, mobile phone number or recipient account information. You can also request payments from others. Good for long-distance emergencies, overdue personal payments, paying a service provider and much more. You can even send an eGreeting Message with your payment!

Rush Payments

  • Send electronic bill payments the same day to an approved biller to ensure posting occurs the same day. Fees may apply but can help avoid a potential late fee from the biller.

Account-to-Account Transfers

  • Transfer money from other financial institutions to a PSCCU account, or from a PSCCU account to a different financial account with the funds available usually within one business day. Small per transfer fee will apply.

You’ll also experience:

  • More electronic and same-day payments
  • Payees’ contact info will pre-populate/will be remembered after first instance of populating
  • In most cases, payments will be debited from your account the day you want it paid

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: With the changeover to this new and improved Bill Pay system, our members such as yourself will have to reenter all existing Bill Pay bill payments and information into the new system. Here are the specific details you must follow:

  1. The conversion from the current Bill Pay system to the new one will take place on Friday, August 30, 2019.
  2. All information and reoccurring payments you already have setup within the current system will end/no longer be paid after 11:59pm on Friday, August 30, 2019.
    • We encourage you to preschedule any bills originally setup to be paid between Friday, August 30 and Monday, September 2 (Labor Day weekend) to be paid by Thursday, August 29, if not sooner in order to ensure the bills are paid on time and you do not double pay your bills when setting up your information in the new system.
  3. You will have access into the new Bill Pay system Saturday morning, August 31, 2019. At this time, you may go into the new system to setup your account information, bill payment details, reoccurring payments, etc. Please Note: The first date you can schedule bills to be paid will be Tuesday, September 3.
  4. Your easy access to Bill Pay is not changing. Simply sign-in to online banking and click the bill pay button on the left.  Easy peasy!
